Eric Said utilised open plan and project based learning models during his employment as a secondary
educational teacher at Parramatta Marist High School, which he then applied to private registered
training organisation PT National. This enabled Eric as director of PT National to implement teaching
and assessment strategies via Experiential Learning Modules (ELM's), movement and trainer depth
studies to enable leadership within pedagogy.
